Aeromexico  Flights to Belize

Tourism in Belize continues to increase as the country becomes known as a hot and exotic destination to visit thanks to its unique flora and fauna as well as the country’s great barrier reef, the second-largest in the world. Further proof of this red-hot tourism market in Belize is the recent announcement by Aeromexico, Mexico’s flagship carrier, that it will be flying to Belize for the first time in its history starting this November.

Between November 17, 2018, and April 28, 2019, Aeromexico will be departing the Mexico City International Airport each Saturday and Sunday at 8:30 AM, arriving in Belize City just two hours later. Return flights to Mexico City will depart Belize each Saturday and Sunday at 12:00 noon throughout the 2018/19 winter season, arriving in Mexico City at 2:25 PM. Currently, the only flight service between neighbors Mexico and Belize is by Tropic Air which flies between Belize City and Cancún, Mexico.

Whether you’re coming in from Mexico, the United States, Canada, or from points beyond in Central America, one of the best places to stay is Black Orchid Resort. Just a 15-minute drive from the international airport in Belize City, Black Orchid offers a full range of tours as well as Belize all-inclusive packages for travelers looking for an in-depth and authentic experience.

The resort has lovely suites, rooms, and villas that face either the resort’s lovely tropical garden or the tranquil banks of the Old Belize River. Black Orchid Resort also has a conference center, freshwater swimming pool, and gift shop. Black Orchid is also home to the renowned Pan Di Riva Restaurant popular with locals and international visitors alike. Pan Di Riva specializes in authentic Belizean Creole dishes as well as a delicious array of international cuisine.

Black Orchid Resort is conveniently close to many top attractions, including ancient Maya sites, historic downtown Belize City, the Belize Zoo, several bird watching areas and national parks, and all the excitement and beauty of the offshore reef.
