Upon confirmation of a booking Black Orchid Resort requires a deposit of 30% if the reservation is booked 31 days or more prior to arrival. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

If the reservation is booked less than 30 days prior to arrival date then the full payment for booking is due immediately.

If canceled:

• 31 + days prior to arrival – Full refund less 10% handling Fee if cancelled.
• 21-30 days prior to arrival – 50% refund
• 20 days and less prior to arrival – NO REFUND
• No refunds for no-shows or unused portions of accommodations or packages
• There will be no refunds due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest or Acts of God, including Hurricanes
